摘要

随着新能源汽车的发展,越来越多的动力电池面临退役,而传统的动力电池人工拆解方式效率低、安全性差。随着人工智能等技术的发展,动力电池的智能拆解符合智能化、绿色发展理念。文章阐述动力电池智能拆解的总体设计方案、关键子系统的设计以及拆解系统软件设计。

Abstract

With the development of new energy vehicles,an increasing number of power batteries are facing retirement,while traditional manual disassembly methods for power batteries are inefficient and pose safety risks. With the advancement of technologies such as artificial intelligence,the intelligent disassembly of power batteries aligns with the principles of intelligent and green development. This paper elaborates on the overall design scheme of intelligent disassembly for power batteries,the design of key subsystems,and the software design of the disassembly system.
