摘要

在能源结构变革背景下,新能源汽车成为发展趋势,但维修诊断难度大。新能源汽车维修电子诊断技术应用优势显著,可减少人为误判,具备诊断效率高、准确性高和预防性强等优势。文章介绍技术类型,包括故障代码诊断技术,能依故障码确定故障;数据流诊断技术,通过采集数据判断故障;传感器和执行器测试技术,检测传感器和执行器;远程诊断技术,突破时空限制诊断。应用路径涵盖动力电池诊断、检查磨损、充电故障等;电路系统诊断,分析短路、漏电等故障;驱动系统诊断,排查驱动电机、控制器等故障。深入研究该技术,对推进新能源汽车行业发展意义重大。

Abstract

Against the backdrop of energy structure transformation, new energy vehicles have become a development trend,but maintenance and diagnosis are difficult. The application of electronic diagnostic technology in the maintenance of new energy vehicles has significant advantages. It can reduce human misjudgment and has the advantages of high diagnostic efficiency,high accuracy and strong prevention. Its technical types are diverse,including fault code diagnosis technology,which can determine faults based on fault codes. Data flow diagnosis technology determines faults by collecting data; Sensor and actuator testing technology, detection of sensors and actuators; Remote diagnosis technology breaks through the limitations of time and space for diagnosis. The application paths cover the diagnosis of power batteries, inspection of wear and tear, charging faults, etc. Circuit system diagnosis, analyzing faults such as short circuits and leakage; Drive system diagnosis, troubleshooting faults in drive motors, controllers, etc. In-depth research on this technology is of great significance for promoting the development of the new energy vehicle industry.
