新能源汽车高压配电箱(又称高压配电盒)是高压系统电源分配单元。本文结合2025年最新行业专利与技术标准,系统分析高压配电盒在电气安全、集成设计、热管理及智能诊断等维度的技术突破,以及行业面临的挑战和发展趋势。
Abstract
The high-voltage distribution box for new energy vehicles, also known as the high-voltage distribution box, is a power distribution unit for high-voltage systems. This article, in combination with the latest industry patents and technical standards in 2025, systematically analyzes the technological breakthroughs of high-voltage distribution boxes in dimensions such as electrical safety, integrated design, thermal management, and intelligent diagnosis, as well as the challenges and development trends faced by the industry.
