摘要
针对传统燃油车发动机异响故障影响驾驶体验与行车安全、维修难度大的问题,文章先分类梳理与转速节奏、负荷温度、局部位置相关的3类常见异响,再分析诊断准确性低、维修操作复杂、设备成本受限等技术难点。通过构建“初级-中级-高级”分级诊断体系、优化冷敲缸修复、曲轴主轴承响处理等核心技术,制定润滑/燃烧系统管理及紧固件管理策略,提升异响故障维修速度与品质。实践表明,该方案可降低故障发生率与复发率,为传统燃油车发动机维修提供支撑。
Abstract
Aiming at the problems that abnormal noise faults of traditional fuel vehicle engines affect driving experience and driving safety, as well as the difficulty in maintenance, this article first classifies and sorts out three common types of abnormal noises related to rotational speed rhythm, load temperature, and local location. Technical difficulties such as low accuracy of reanalysis diagnosis, complex maintenance operations, and limited equipment costs. By establishing a "primary-intermediate-advanced" hierarchical diagnosis system, optimizing the cold knocking cylinder repair and crankshaft main bearing noise treatment technology, and formulating management strategies for lubrication/combustion systems and fasteners, the speed and quality of abnormal noise fault repair can be enhanced. Practice has shown that this scheme can reduce the recurrence rate and occurrence rate of faults, providing support for the maintenance of traditional fuel vehicle engines.
