摘要

汽车水泵用电磁离合器是发动机冷却系统的关键部件,其可靠性直接影响发动机的热管理性能和整车运行安全。近年来,基于深度学习、多传感器数据融合和信号处理的智能诊断技术,为电磁离合器的状态监测与故障预警提供了新的解决方案,能够实现高精度、高效率的故障识别与预测。本文系统总结汽车水泵用电磁离合器的常见故障模式,分析智能诊断技术的架构和工作原理,并展望未来研究方向,以期为提升电磁离合器的可靠性和智能化水平提供理论参考与实践指导。

Abstract

The electromagnetic clutch for automotive water pumps serves as a critical component in engine cooling systems, whose reliability directly impacts the engine's thermal management performance and overall vehicle operational safety. In recent years, intelligent diagnostic technologies based on deep learning, multi-sensor data fusion, and signal processing have provided innovative solutions for condition monitoring and fault early-warning of electromagnetic clutches, enabling high-precision and efficient fault identification and prediction. This paper systematically summarizes common failure modes of automotive water pump electromagnetic clutches, analyzes the architecture and working principles of intelligent diagnostic technologies, and outlines future research directions, aiming to provide both theoretical references and practical guidance for enhancing the reliability and intelligent capabilities of electromagnetic clutches.
