摘要

汽车齿轮是车辆动力传动的核心部件,齿轮的硬度高低和分布均匀性直接决定了其抵抗磨损、接触疲劳等失效的能力。热处理是赋予金属零件所需内在性能的关键工艺,可通过调控材料内部的微观结构,显著提升其强度和韧性。不同的热处理工艺,即使处理同种材料,也会导致最终硬度的明显差异,进而影响齿轮的整体表现。因此,本文就两种在汽车齿轮制造中应用的热处理工艺所制成的齿轮展开探讨,旨在客观揭示工艺选择对齿轮最终硬度水平的具体影响,为优化生产工艺、保障齿轮的性能和使用寿命提供参考。

Abstract

Automotive gears are the core components of vehicle power transmission, and the hardness level and distribution of the gears directly determine their ability to resist wear, contact fatigue, and other failures. Heat treatment is the key process that imparts the necessary intrinsic properties to metal parts. It allows for changes in the internal microstructure of the material and enhances its strength and toughness. Different heat treatment processes can lead to significant differences in the final hardness, even when the same material is treated, thus affecting the overall performance of the gears. Therefore, this paper explores the gears produced by two heat treatment processes applied in automotive gear manufacturing, aiming to objectively reveal the specific impact of process selection on the final hardness level of the gears, providing a reference for optimizing production processes and ensuring the performance and lifespan of the gears.
