摘要

针对涂装车间输送系统中C型吊具和地面滑橇之间自动转接成功率不高的问题,从制作和安装精度出发,对影响交接成功率的相关设备的调整方法进行阐述,同时补充设备长期运行稳定性维护及人员培训管理等维度的优化策略,为涂装车间输送系统高效运行提供更全面的技术支撑。

Abstract

Aiming at the problem of low success rate of automatic transfer between C-shaped lifting gear and ground skid in the conveying system of the painting workshop, starting from the manufacturing and installation accuracy, the adjustment methods of relevant equipment that affect the success rate of transfer are expounded. At the same time, optimization strategies in dimensions such as long-term operation stability maintenance of equipment, and personnel training management are supplemented. Provide more comprehensive technical support for the efficient operation of the conveying system in the painting workshop.
