中国国际汽车照明论坛（IFAL）自2013年创办以来，吸引了国内外从事汽车照明的专家、学者和企业共同探讨汽车照明设计、技术应用、未来发展趋势及标准法规制定等重大议题。IFAL 论坛旨在打造学术界和产业界交流的全新高端平台，成为汽车照明领域的最高学术殿堂和最佳展示舞台。

IFAL 论坛吸引了包括整车、车灯企业、光源公司、新材料企业、设备供应商、检测机构、研发机构、设计公司、模具开发公司等在内的众多单位参与，参会者共同探讨汽车照明设计、技术应用、未来发展趋势及标准法规制定等重大议题。论坛的学术性和专业性得到了国内外专家学者的一致好评和高度重视，现已成为汽车照明领域学术界和产业界交流的高端平台。

论坛展览涵盖了汽车灯具从设计研发到生产制造的全产业链，是国内规模最大、层次最高的车灯专业展览会。论坛诚邀汽车照明行业的专家学者、汽车企业、标准部门、政府管理部门共飨盛会。

China International Automotive Lighting Forum (IFAL) since its inception in 2013, has attracted domestic and foreign experts, scholars and enterprises to discuss automotive lighting design, technology applications, future development trends and standards and other major issues，which aims to build a high-level platform for academic and industrial information exchanges, is becoming the highest hall of academeand the best performance stage in the field of automotive lighting.

IFAL has attracted a great deal of participants, including vehicle lamp manufacturers, light source companies, new material enterprises, equipment suppliers, testing organizations, research and development organizations,lamp and vehicle designers, and mold development companies, to discuss the hot topics regarding automotive lighting , new technology application, future development trends, standards and regulations setting. The academic nature and specialty has been highly praised by domestic and foreign experts and scholars.

The exhibition and the forum cover the whole industry chain of automotive lighting, ranging from automotive lamp designing and developing to lamp and vehicle manufacturing. The forum welcomes every expert, enterprise, standardization institution and government authority to this great event.

六、注册费用Registration fees

会议特邀嘉宾参会免交会务费；汽车生产企业、科研院校、检测机构代表在2018年5月15日前可申请减免会务费；

其它所有申请参会人员注册费用如下：

2018年5 月15日前注册：1800 元人民币（或300 美元）

现场注册：2000元人民币（或330 美元）

包括：会议期间的餐费、资料费和会议费。

会议注册需填写会议注册表（论坛网站下载或见附件）并发送至会务组织的专用信箱：ifal@fudan.edu.cn或进行在线注册（http://www.ifal.net），2018年5月15日前将有关费用转账至承办单位账号，收到确认后确认为提前注册成功。

Invited guests are exempt from the registration fee;

All other participants can get a discount for early registration before 15th May 2018;

RMB1800 or USD 300 for registration before 15th May 2018;

3、上海虹桥站(高铁站）

全程约21.8公里，打车约80元。

Hotel and venue arrival mode:

Lan Road direction) at East Nanjing Road Station. Then getoff at Exit 1,Lujiazui Station and walk about 890 meters to the

International Convention Center.Distance between the airport

andconventioncenter is about 22kilometers. It may take70yuan to take a taxi.

2. Shanghai Pudong International AirportBoarding at Shanghai Pudong International Airport.Take theeast extensionof metroline2(GuangLanRoaddirection) andtransfer toline2(East Xujingdirection) at GuangLanRoadStation. Thenget off at Exit 1,Lujiazui Stationandwalk about890meters totheInternationalConventionCenter. Distancebetween the airport and convention center is about 40kilometers. It may take 152 yuan to take a taxi.

3. Shanghai Hongqiaorailway station(Highspeedrailwaystation)

Boarding at Hongqiao Railway Station.Take the metro line2(GuangLanRoaddirection). Thenget off at Exit 1,LujiazuiStation and walk about 890 meters to the InternationalConvention Center. Distance between the railway station andconvention center is about 21.8 kilometers. It may take 80yuan to take a taxi.

 

 

八、论文投稿须知

一、征文流程

1. 作者提交扩展摘要。

2. 通知作者论文录用方式：口头报告或入会议论文集。

3. 作者根据要求准备最终提交所需材料：

1) 会议论文集：所有被接收的论文将被收入会议论文集。

作者需按照论文模板准备论文和论文版权

转让协议。

2)口头报告：

作者除提交论文全文（.doc 和.pdf）和论

文版权转让协议外，需提交演讲文件（.ppt

和.pdf）。

注意：

论文模板和论文版权转让协议可从IFAL网

站下载：http://www.ifal.net。作者需按论

文模板和投稿时间准备论文及其他材料，

以便顺利完成论文审稿。

二、论文要求

1. 基本要求

1) 论文内容需尚未在国内外公开刊物或其他学术会议上发表。

2) 主题突出，内容层次分明，数据准确，论述严谨，结论明确，采用法定计量单位。

2. 提交摘要

作者需按照组委会提供的模板编写并提交扩展摘要。

3. 论文格式

格式要求为WORD 文档。

4. 摘要及论文的语言英语。

注意

论文不可含有商业性的宣传内容，否则不予安排在论坛演讲，也不予收录至会议论文集。

三、重要期限及提交方式

1.         摘要递交: 15^th Jan.2018

2.         论文接收通知: 15^th Mar.2018

3.         全文递交: 30^th Apr. 2018

4.  口头报告演示文件提交: 30th May 2018

Guide for authors

REVIEW PROCEDURE

1. Authors submit extended abstracts.

2. Authors will be informed of the paper acceptance: Oral Presentation or Conference Proceedings.

3. Authors prepare final submissions depending on the following status:

① Conference Proceedings: the conference proceedings will published and included in a digital library. All accepted papers will be included in the conference proceedings, and authors have to prepare final papers and copyright transfer agreement according to the guidelines and given template.

② Oral Presentations: authors need to prepare paper , copyright transfer agreement and presentation files (PPT/PDF)

Note:

The paper template and copyright transfer agreement can be downloaded from the website of IFAL: http://www.ifal.net. Authors are required to prepare papers and other materials based on the provided template and to observe the deadline strictly.

PAPER REQUIREMENTS

Basic Requirements

①      The paper should not have been published in other technical publications or by other academic conferences.

②      The paper should contain a concise description of the objectives of the study, method of approach, significant results and conclusions.

Abstract Submission

Authors are required to submit extended abstract according to the paper format template given on the conference website.

Paper Format

Among the above “CONTENTS”, the papers should adopt Word format.

Language of Abstracts, and Papers

English.

Note:

No commercial promotions allowed for specific companies and products; otherwise, the papers will not be selected for oral presentations and conference proceedings.
